Light Bee LBX
One-owner 2025 Light Bee X (LBX) with just 120 miles on the clock. 60V/40Ah removable lithium-ion pack, 8 kW motor and a 75 km/h top end. Finished with a purple and hi-viz graphic kit. Covered by Surron manufacturer warranty from March 1st for 1 year.

Every brand new bike sold by E-Ride Fife is backed by a 12-month limited warranty supported locally by us in Fife. Used bikes carry the manufacturer warranty stated on their listing.

- Power system ā motor, controller, display and battery ā covered for 12 months on brand new bikes
- Chassis, swing arm and other non-wear parts covered for 12 months on brand new bikes
- Defective parts due to build issues replaced within 30 days of delivery
- Pre-delivery inspection on every bike before it leaves us
What isn't covered
Exclusions
- Normal wear items: bearings, seals, chains, brake components, suspension valving, tyres
- Misuse, accidents, collisions, neglect or unauthorised modifications
- Use of non-genuine parts, racing or competition use
- Improper charging, storage or discharging of the battery
- Any disassembly or repair attempted before contacting us for evaluation
How to make a claim
Process
- Contact E-Ride Fife with proof of purchase, a description of the issue and clear photos or video showing the fault and VIN.
- Do not disassemble the bike or the affected component ā doing so voids cover.
- Customer covers shipping to us where applicable; we cover return shipping of the replacement part.
- Warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase is required for every claim.
Battery, use & safety
Keep your warranty valid
Ā· Check chain tension, critical bolt torque, tyre pressure, spoke tension and steering bearings before and after every ride.
Ā· Switch off the master fuse before disconnecting or reconnecting the battery.
Ā· Recharge after each ride. Don't store the battery at low charge for extended periods.
Ā· If storing the bike for a long period, fully charge the battery and check the level periodically.
Ā· Don't use high-pressure washers ā low-pressure hose with a soft cloth or brush only.
Ā· Always wear a helmet, eye protection and proper protective clothing. Ride responsibly and within the law.
Battery faults caused by improper use, neglect or long-term storage at low charge are not eligible for warranty cover. Specifications and product appearance may change without prior notice due to ongoing improvements.
